Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing for September 24, 2019 - After careful consideration the Board of Selectmen have made the decision to continue to move forward with the Public Safety Administrator position, however, will be presenting this matter as a secret ballot referendum question at the November 5, 2019 eleciton.

The Board of Selectmen have scheduled an Executive Session for Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 8:00 am pursuant to 1 MRSA 405(6)(a) personnel matter at the Shapleigh Town Hall. 

Beginning July 9th, 2019 - The Board of Selectmen regular meetings will begin at 6:00 pm instead of their regular time of 7:00 pm.

DONATIONS - Recycling GoodsRebuilding Lives - Clean out your closets & restore hope.  The Salvation Army accepts:  clothing of any type, books, records, cds, furniture (must be in good condition.  No water damage, severe cosmetic damage to wooden items, no rips, stains, tears or structural damage.  collectibles, jewelry, anitques, shoes, handbags, ties, belts, scarves, household items.  Large items residents can call for a free pick up.  1-800-SATRUCK or visit www.satruck. org.  Donations boxes are located at:  Transfer Station and Town Hall
