The Town Administrator is the primary contact for the Town of Shapleigh. The Town Administrator performs various duties as required by the Board of Selectmen. The Town Administrator also serves as Public Information Officer, Human Resource Director, Employee Benefit Administrator, and General Assistance Administrator. General questions, complaints, or concerns should be directed to the Town Administrator.

Contractor's Forms:
- W9: For new vendors/contractors
- Form WCB - 266 required for contractors who do not carry Workers Comp Coverage (this link will take you to the State of Maine Website)
- A certificate of commercial liability along with Worker's Comp Insurance coverage (or Maine predetermination of exemption) shall be provided before work is commenced and shall be filed with the Town Administrator.
