Caucus Information: Democratic Caucus 2020 will be Sunday, March 8, 2020 - Doors open at Noon for voter registration and caucus begins at 1:00 pm - Shapleigh Town Hall, 22 Back Road.  If cancelled due to weather, caucus will be Sunday March 15th - Doors open at Noon and caucus begins at 1:00 pm. Notice Regarding the March 3, 2020 Presidential Primary/Special Referendum Election - The deadline to Change political party is Friday, February 14, 2020.  Unenrolled voters may Enroll anytime including election day.  You may contact the Town Clerk's office to confirm your party affiliation or if you have any questions.  Requests for absentee ballot may be made in writing or by telephone by Thursday, February 27, 2020 unless the voter completes a "special circumstances" application.  Town Clerk, Town of Shapleigh, PO Box 26, Shapleigh, Maine  04076 - telephone 636-2843 ext 1 or 6 OR use the online form at:   The polls will be open 8 am - 8 pm, Shapleigh Town Hall, 22 Back Road.

Help Wanted - The Town of Shapleigh seeks to hire the position of Animal Control Officer, beginning immediately. 

This is a part time position as needed; compensation is a monthly stipend, based on experience and you are reimbursed for mileage.
